Damien is an experienced technical specialist with more than 20 years’ professional experience across construction and building materials in Heidelberg Materials.
Joining Heidelberg Materials (formally Hanson Malaysia) in 2004 as Quality Control Engineer, Central Region. Damien moved up to Regional Quality Control Manager and Regional Production Manager, Eastern Region based at Kuantan and currently the National Technical Manager leading the Malaysia business. Damien is also actively involved with key industry bodies such as CIDB (Construction Industry Development Board), JKR (Jabatan Kerja Raya), and DSM (Department of Standards Malaysia) fostering collaboration, and driving innovation within the construction sector.
Damien holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, University Malaysia Sabah.
