Neo is an experienced technical, operations and sales & marketing leader in the building materials field. He has about 27 years’ experience at Heidelberg Materials.
Neo started in 1997 as Quality Control Engineer and held several Management roles as Area Quality Control Manager, Regional Production Manager, Concrete, Regional Sales & Marketing Manager in the Southern Region.
Neo graduated in Bach of Mechanical Engineering, The Nottingham Trent University
