Sales Management Trainee

Job Description

• Participate in a thorough and in-depth training program with exposure to all fields in the sales of concrete and quarry products.
• Work with Sales Managers and Regional Sales & Marketing Manager to develop sales strategies and plans aimed at increasing consumer awareness, sales, market share and profits.
• Preparation of accurate sales forecasts for area of responsibility.
• Develop and maintain relationships with major and minor customers driving volume and brand loyalty in area of responsibility.
• Work with technical function departments to deliver high quality products to our customers.
• Ensure application of best practice sales skills and implement meeting planning prior to face-to-face calls, building rapport during meetings, explain company’s competitive advantages, handle objections professionally, apply negotiation skills, close deals and ensure high levels of product and technical knowledge.
• Cost control through effective management of sales processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Business Administration, Engineering or its equivalent.
• Young graduates encouraged to apply.
• Highly competitive and a passion for sales.
• Excellent communication skills with Mandarin IS A MUST - as most of our clients are Mandarin-speakers.
• Able to travel within West Malaysia.
